For years we have tossed around the desirability of making all organic soaps, but the cost is so high it conflicts with our goal to make quality all - natural soaps affordable for everyday use.
How to keep natural and non-toxic products easily available to the most people...
Can you help?
Should we switch to all organic? Should we add an all organic line?

Dottie, we tried an all organic line for a year at Whole Foods, but it didn't sell well when up against our non-organic line on the same shelf and it didn't do well on our website either. I think if you do it, it has to be all or none. We still have the goal of going organic someday, but can't seem to find the time to get it together...and it's almost like....if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
Thanks for your input. We have pondered this issue for years, and have never been able to justify the changeover vs the expense to us and the customer. But then we get requests and wonder what if...?
When costs are close we add organic oils without noting it on the label.
We totally understand the difficulties of the change and the trade offs. Sigh.
But we agree - it ain't really broke.
